Mini BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1 egg
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
3. Shape mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
5. Coat with BBQ sauce and serve warm.
