Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
